Raspberry Natural Aroma
Natural aroma based on glycerin.
Glycerin is an emulsifier that makes it easier for the aroma to be applied to both aqueous bases and fat bases with up to 95% oil.
Ideal to apply in ganache, sauces, mousse, ice cream.
Dosage AROMA*: 2 g/kg (2 g = 70 drops approx.)
Dosage NATURAL AROMA*: 0.2 g/kg (0.2 g = 6 drops approx.)
*Number of drops taking as a reference the average density of the full range of Sosa Ingredients aromas. In general, natural aromas have a higher density.
