Sirha
Collect

Sirha Collect: a set of collaborations with nonprofit and solidarity-based partners, available to exhibitors to help fight food waste and reduce carbon footprint.

Would you like to contribute to Sirha Collect?
Here’s how!

Thanks to partners committed to waste recovery and the fight against food waste, Sirha Food enables every exhibitor to adopt more sustainable practices:

• I have leftover food → I donate it to Les Restos du Cœur
(subject to the health and safety regulations provided and the list of eligible food items HERE)

• I produce bread that cannot be consumed → I donate it to La Mie Bière, which transforms it into beer

• I generate organic waste → I bring it to the designated collection point – see Re’Up information

Re'Up

Present at all event venues, RE’UP implements a comprehensive and tailor-made CSR approach. Our vision: a 360° support system that fully integrates sustainable development principles, from preparation to event closure — designing a sustainable strategy, taking action and raising awareness, recovering resources, and providing recommendations.

A hybrid positioning that serves as a true CSR laboratory, combining environmental innovation with guidance toward more sustainable event management.

Les Restos du Coeur

In 2023–2024, Les Restos du Cœur served 163 million meals. The association welcomed 1.3 million people, including 128,000 babies under the age of three. These figures highlight the social emergency present across its 2,348 reception centers and field operations.

Food assistance provides vital emergency relief — but it’s also much more than that. At Les Restos du Cœur, it serves as a key point of contact for personalized and comprehensive support, helping the most vulnerable individuals move toward social inclusion and reintegration.

“The Restos spirit” is also a story of solidarity and shared moments that shape the life of the association — through events, the famous Enfoirés concerts, and nationwide food drives.

La Mie Bière

Bread accounts for 13% of the ten million tons of food wasted each year in France. La Mie is a committed company that has developed a solution to give new life to this product through the brewing industry.

In short, at La Mie, we “kill two birds with one beer” by producing a craft beer made locally with 100% French ingredients — while giving consumers the opportunity to make a positive impact!
