Make your favourite recipes in just 40 seconds for savoury items and 20 seconds for sweet ice cream treats. Yes, you heard right. No, you're not mistaken. Once you've assembled your cookie cutter, when you turn on the machine, you can set the timer for the desired time. The Sunny Pocket machine will beep and your sandwich will be ready in 40 seconds, or even less, in just 20 seconds if you make a Sunny Pocket dessert with ice cream, in which case you will have a beautiful round, closed sandwich filled with fruit and treats with ice cream that won't melt. This is a far cry from the 3 minutes it takes to cook a panini. We bet you won't even have time to take the customer's payment!
- Endless recipes:
Are your recipes limitless? So is Sunny Pocket! You can work with any type of ingredient and any type of bread! Go from a snack-style sandwich with ham, Emmental cheese and raw vegetables, or a Sunny dessert with banana and chocolate in a brioche bun, to gourmet recipes with lobster, coleslaw and mango in beetroot bread, or with figs and foie gras, or even with an Eggs Benedict where the runny egg yolk will delight your taste buds. Unless you also decide to revisit classics such as a calzone with pizza dough, make a kebab remake with fresh ingredients in pita bread, or even make a ‘Spring Sunny’ with rice paper and all the ingredients you want.

- Trends:
Finally, an Instagram-worthy sandwich. With its round shape and colourful layers, this sandwich is sure to catch your audience's eye. But beyond jazzing up your Instagram feed or brightening up your Facebook page, you can adapt your menu to suit the seasons or trends. For example: create an exclusive raclette recipe if you're in the Haute-Savoie region, using fresh, local produce; or create fresh and/or frozen recipes if you're in a warm location, such as a seaside resort, etc. Or create festive recipes for the end of the year, such as the Sunny Fig and Foie Gras mentioned above. And whether you're a caterer or not, you can simply juggle an infinite number of recipes regardless of the season with the same appliance, which you wouldn't be able to do with others. With a panini press, you're limited to hot snack-type breads that melt the ingredients, with a waffle iron you're often limited to desserts, and croque-monsieur recipes are also often limited.

After years of industrialisation that have damaged our traditional foods, the Sunny Pocket machine preserves all the flavour of food without altering it, fully respecting the freshness and original flavour of each ingredient. This means that if you use tomatoes, whether in a burger recipe, tuna salad or a more luxurious dish with pulled pork or lobster, your tomatoes will remain fresh and crunchy, just like your salad, cucumbers and all your other fresh produce. Here, we're not too keen on hot, mushy tomatoes.
- Space requirements:
The machine does not require a hood or extraction system and takes up very little space. The machine is only 30 to 46 cm wide
and 40 to 46 cm long, depending on the model. All you need is a 220V power socket, just like any other simple appliance.
- Power consumption:
Our Sunny Pocket machine consumes only 0.53 kW per bowl.
By comparison, an incandescent light bulb consumes 60 watts, a microwave oven consumes 900 watts, a sandwich maker consumes 1,000 to 2,000 watts, and a panini press can quickly consume 3,000 watts.
Another advantage of the double machine is that each bowl has its own independent switch, allowing you to use only one bowl at a time during off-peak hours or at the end of service to reduce energy consumption.
- Profitability:
Most of our recipes cost around €1/€1.50 to make, with selling prices in line with the market. Generally speaking, if you sell 1.5 sandwiches per day over 36 months, you will have recouped the cost of your Sunny Pocket machine.
- Maintenance:
There is no specific or annual maintenance required for the machine, just daily cleaning. Want to know everything?
Cleaning the machine is quick and easy: there is a large tray that collects the largest scraps and marks, which can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. For the rest, all you need is a damp cloth and a degreasing product to clean the machine, or possibly a cleaning brush to remove the most stubborn stains around the bowl, jaws and stainless steel ring, so that the machine is as shiny as possible to make your products shine. - Guarantee:
Whether you opt for rental or a maintenance contract after purchase, you benefit from comprehensive cover (excluding breakages) with a standard on-site replacement of your machine within 48 to 72 working hours, wherever you are in France, to minimise any disruption.
