COMPACT electric deck oven
Description
The COMPACT range is available in 4 or 5 decks, in 63cm or 83cm slabs and in 1 slab depth of 86cm. Our COMPACT deck ovens are pre-assembled in our works and thus assembly-free at our clients’. They have a high baking quality and regularity, even under the most demanding conditions of loading, temperature and hydration. They are equipped with highly performing, reactive and economical steam generators. The ergonomics have been optimized for the baker’s work through the search of comfort with a new built-in, all stainless steel elevator and its fully retractable, precise and effortless-baking stainless steel-aluminum charger. Although they are very compact, it is possible to add our TOUCH’N BAKE touch screen controller on a remote board. This option allows a particularly precise temperature control and even a remote control of the oven thanks to its connectivity. The speed and ease of technical intervention and set-up have been particularly studied.
