After several years of research and development, Krampouz has achieved a real technical feat with the stamping of a 3 mm thick stainless steel plate. This unique technology offers an alternative to the folded and welded plate, making cleaning easier. The rounded corners limit the build-up of residues in the corners and make it easy to clean with a sponge or stainless steel ball, guaranteeing optimum hygiene. A new large capacity drawer (1.3 L) with a filter, accessible from the front and easy to use, allows juices and cooking residues to be collected. It is dishwasher safe.
These new planchas, available in width or depth and in electric or gas versions, have 2 independent cooking zones, so you can cook two foods simultaneously at different temperatures.
The gas planchas are equipped with the innovative Automatic Control System, which makes it easier to keep the hob temperature stable and control cooking precisely, with energy savings of 30%.
