Description
The S4000 electronic water meter is a compact, fully-featured unit designed to automate dough production. It features 3 water inlets for cold, hot and chilled water. Each is controlled independently of the others.

- Turbine metering
- Digital display of litrage from 0.1 liter to 999.9 liters
- Digital display of mixer water temperature
- Output of 30 to 40 liters / mn depending on inlet pressure
- Special button for dosing cooled water
- Pump management if coupled with a chiller equipped with this device
- Supplied with inlet kit with filter and outlet hose with metal gooseneck
