Description
The IDS6000 automatic group from GECOMA, with its compact dimensions of 1400 x 1230 x 2250 mm, optimizes space in your bakery while offering high production capacity. Capable of producing up to 1,500 pieces per hour, this equipment features 6 elongated felt cells in its hoppers, ensuring uniform shaping and an appropriate resting period.
Its design allows for automatic or manual loading, with a moulder output on either the right or left side. Equipped with wheels, it facilitates movement and cleaning. The IDS6000 includes standard features such as a flour duster, power outlets for the moulder and divider, and an "overflow" safety mechanism. Additionally, it offers automatic dough piece detection for uninterrupted and efficient production.
