Once incorporated, it provides a creamy texture and long-lasting stability.
Dosage and application
5 to 10g/kg total mass
0.5 to 1% of total mass
Pre-disperse stabilizer in powders.
Incorporate into liquids while stirring, pasteurizing the mix.
The product can be used in aqueous or fruit-containing media.
Acid-stable.
