Slicing and Garnishing Station
Description
Slicing and Garnishing Unit equipped with 2 black heat lamps (with 2 175-watt bulbs) and a shelf for holding bread baskets, allowing for bread slicing and sandwich garnishing in front of the customers.
The slicer is integrated under the neutral unit with bread retrieval at the front. The garnisher is placed on a notch allowing crumbs and any food products to fall directly into the tray placed below, thus keeping the counter always clean.

1 GN 1/1 tray for receiving the filling strips.
Front and sides in melamine panels.

- Two sets of slides to accommodate GN 1/1 trays (not included) and to store packaging, napkins, etc.
