Pan Barcos is a family-owned bakery business spanning five generations, specializing in the production of 100% natural frozen breads and viennoiseries. Well established in Spain, Belgium, and Portugal, we offer a wide and diverse range of products, including rustic breads, an express range that bakes in just 6 minutes, and raw baguettes.
Our breads are made using long fermentation processes and high hydration, ensuring excellent shelf life and consistent quality. We use only clean-label ingredients, with no additives or preservatives, and a homemade sourdough starter produced in our own state-of-the-art, fully automated ISO 22000–certified facility in Navarra.
Thanks to our high production capacity and extensive negative-temperature cold storage, we are able to provide an optimal level of customer service, combining efficiency with flexibility.
