MYCTECHS is a French Deeptech start-up specialising in the development of delicious and nutritious foods based on mycelium (the hyphae or roots of fungi).
We reuse agricultural by-products to grow our mycelium, so that we can offer foods that are nutritionally rich: rich in iron, fibre, all the essential amino acids, as well as vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Our commitment to ‘authentic naturalness’ sets us apart: we exclude controversial industrial processes such as extrusion, excessive processing, and the addition of ingredients or flavourings to create taste or texture.
