Jeffrey Marecaille is the co-founder of Maison Léon, a Marseille-based venue offering a contemporary reinterpretation of the coffee shop. Alongside Maëva Gravouil, he develops a concept in which the croissant becomes a signature product, reimagined through artisanal creations and paired with thoughtfully curated non-alcoholic beverage pairings.
