Etienne Maillard began his career in the bakery, pastry, and confectionery (B.V.P.) sector in 1989 by joining Lesaffre, where he held various positions in the fields of Quality, Baking Centers, Marketing, and Innovation across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Central Europe. He complemented his education with a Business School degree in Paris, following an initial training in Quality Management (Lille) and a specialization in Innovation (Quimper). He is currently Director of External Relations for the Baking Division.
