Jean-François Bandet is the co-founder of BO&MIE, an artisanal Parisian bakery and pastry shop created in 2017 with Magali Szekula. A former entrepreneur in the combat sports industry, he founded and later sold the international brand Venum before changing careers at the age of 40 to pursue baking, earning a bakery and pastry diploma (CAP) from the Ferrandi School in Paris.
With BO&MIE, he has developed an innovative concept that combines traditional craftsmanship with modernity, focusing on the quality of raw ingredients and an enhanced customer experience supported by digital tools. The brand has grown rapidly and now operates 15 locations across France, Spain, South Korea, and Saudi Arabia, serving over 10,000 customers every day.
