Julien Allano is the chef-owner of Ju – Maison de Cuisine in Bonnieux, where he brings together gastronomy and local terroir. Trained in the kitchen from an early age, he began his career alongside Michelin-starred chefs such as Michel Truchon and at Clair de la Plume in Grignan, where he earned both a Michelin star and a Green Star for his eco-responsible commitment.
In 2024, he opened his first restaurant in Bonnieux, awarded a Michelin star just one year later. In 2025, he inaugurated Du Pain et des Miettes, a traditional bakery that revived the village’s local shop. There, he offers sourdough breads, viennoiseries, and homemade pastries, combining authenticity with artisanal know-how.
His cuisine and bakery reflect his Pied-Noir and Italian roots, as well as his passion for sharing and for locally sourced products. Julien Allano embodies a modern, sustainable gastronomy deeply rooted in its territory.
