Together with his brothers Pierre-Julien and Grégory, they took over their grandparents’ olive grove in southern Greece.
They produce single-varietal olive oils and Kalamata olives, and source exceptional products from all across Greece.
Working in a traditional, artisanal way, they are present in some of the finest bakeries, restaurants, and gourmet shops in France and abroad.
