Founded in 2018, the company supplies restaurateurs with 100% natural breads, produced on demand with an eco-responsible logistics approach. Samuel identified a specific need: providing professionals with high-quality, artisanal products that can be tailored to their menus. He oversees strategic development, product innovation, and recipe customization. Today, Bun’s Baker operates three production sites located in Bordeaux, Rennes, and Toulouse.
