Benoit Sévin is the Chief Executive Officer of Bongard, a French manufacturer and specialist in bakery equipment. Holding a Master’s degree in Finance, Benoit Sévin joined Bongard in 2004. His career path led him from the Finance Department to the role of CEO in 2018. Since then, he has supported the strategic and commercial development of the company, founded in 1922, which today equips artisan bakers and pastry chefs, specialized networks, large-scale food retailers, as well as hotels and restaurants in more than 140 countries.
Bongard’s vision is to innovate in quality, reliability, performance, and energy efficiency across its products and services. This is why Bongard is developing “smart” and connected solutions for an increasing number of its equipment lines. The goal is to make the profession easier and help each customer optimize productivity according to their specific challenges—from artisanal micro-bakeries to the largest centralized production units.
