Stéphanie brings a comprehensive and unique background in the world of baking and milling. As a bakery owner for 20 years, first in Paris and then in the Sarthe region, she gained hands-on knowledge of the profession, from management to production. She then continued her career as a sales representative in the milling industry, developing a keen understanding of customer support and on-the-ground challenges. Today, she puts this dual experience at the service of artisans as a retail advisor and trainer at the Bourgeois Frères School, where she shares her expertise with passion and pragmatism.
