Paul Fédèle is a journalist and editor-in-chief specializing in bakery, food service, and snacking. A graduate of a hospitality management school, he managed a restaurant chain for three years before turning to journalism, driven by his passion for writing. He began his career at Revue Technique Equip’Hotel before joining NéoRestauration, where he later became editor-in-chief.
A pioneer in the new-generation fast-casual dining movement, he went on to co-found France Snacking, which has since evolved into a multimodal hub combining print, digital, and event platforms. He is also the founder of Honoré Le Mag, a magazine dedicated to the world of artisanal and forward-thinking bakery.
