The MERAND intermediate manual proofer ensures efficient ergonomics. Thanks to its compact design, it helps optimize space in your bakery. This machine stands out for its robustness, featuring 20/10 double-thickness steel side panels for exceptional durability. Operators can easily remove the DIBON panels to access the inside of the proofer for maintenance or cleaning, without compromising the structural integrity of the unit. Another major advantage: Nyltex pockets, a material developed by MERAND to prevent dough from sticking. This mesh-like fabric allows the dough to breathe and dries much faster than traditional felt. With depths ranging from 98 cm to 137 cm and widths from 127 cm to 167 cm, MERAND proofers adapt perfectly to all bakery layouts, even the most compact ones. NEW! GoFirst Option: First Swing Search and Selection : allows the operator to define a reference swing tray at any time among all those in the proofer, and to program an automatic return to this tray without holding down the button continuously.
