The Omega Plus with Wirecut Depositor is the most versatile of our Omega dispensers. It incorporates all the features and advantages of the Omega Plus with the addition of a wire cutting mechanism, allowing you to produce a wide variety of biscuits, such as Breton shortbread.
A wide selection of wire-cut biscuit dies is also available, offering various shapes and sizes: hearts, stars, flowers, and more. Custom dies can also be created to your specifications.
The Omega Plus with Wirecut Depositor is also equipped with a rotary function for creating spirals, circles, and twisted products.
The color touchscreen control panel includes a French interface.
