Our mission: to give quality food a second life in order to improve donations to charities and student associations. Every day, Pas Perdu supports its customers in a responsible approach: - Artisanal bakeries and pastry shops - Industrial bakeries - Food retailers - Caterers and event organizers Combining the fight against waste with social commitment. Since its creation in 2023 by Guillaume Clair, the company has collected and redistributed 80 tons of food to 25 associations, thanks to adaptable logistics, including a fleet of cargo bikes, trucks, and refrigerated vehicles.
The company also offers a tailor-made food surplus collection service for industrial bakeries.
