The Comtoise, based in Louhans in Burgundy, has been specializing for more than 30 years in the supply of processed cheeses and cheese ingredients to B to B and Food Service professionals. We work with all French and European cheese varieties and quality is our main concern: we are IFS certified. We already supply French and European leaders in the food industry and Foodservice with processed cheeses specifically developed for the manufacture of Cordon-Bleu, Croque-Monsieur, breaded cheese croquettes, ready meals, pizzas...
