Maé Innovation specializes in the engineering and manufacturing of high-precision silicone moulds, baking supports, and non-stick coatings, particularly for food industry professionals. Since its inception in 1994 under the leadership of Serge Granger, a Meilleur Ouvrier de France chocolatier, Maé has been innovating. We designed and manufactured the first silicone food moulds for artisan chocolatiers, with our first patent filed a few months later.
