The Pépites de la Boulangerie competition is an annual initiative that highlights the most promising innovations in the bakery and pastry sector. Organized by Honoré Le Mag in partnership with the Fédération des Entreprises de Boulangerie (FEB) and the Cercle d’Études de la Boulangerie Pâtisserie (CEBP), the competition recognizes innovative products and equipment—whether food-related or technical—already marketed or soon to be marketed in France.
The jury, composed of around fifteen industry professionals—artisan bakers, representatives of bakery chains, distributors, and experts—evaluates entries based on criteria such as originality, quality, practicality, and environmental commitment. The winners are announced during an official ceremony at Sirha Europain, and their products are showcased in the exhibition’s Innovation Area, offering increased visibility among industry professionals.
