Laurent Plantier is the co-founder of FrenchFood Capital, an investment firm dedicated to supporting French agri-food companies, with over €400 million in assets under management since 2017.
He previously co-founded and led the Groupe Alain Ducasse for nearly 18 years, following an early career in banking and an MBA from MIT.
A committed entrepreneur, he has also launched initiatives such as the Boulangerie-Sandwicherie project with Thierry Marx and the Femme en Avenir inclusion program.
As an author, he has co-written two books on gastronomy.
