Anita is the founder of Deeg'lek, a 100% vegan micro-bakery located in Aalst, Belgium, which she has been running for three years. Specialized in sourdough bread, cinnamon buns and a wide variety of pastries, Deeg'lek mainly supplies local cafes. The project comes in two complementary formats: the distribution of pastries via KOP, a coffee bar located near the workshop, and the opening of the workshop two days a week for the direct sale of sourdough bread, cookies, pastries and different types of buns.
