Florent Mercier is the co-founder and CEO of PizzaCosy and the Le Grand Feu group.
He discovered the world of pizza at the age of 14 in his uncle’s restaurant. Starting from scratch with his best friend—without a network or financing—he built in just a few years a network of more than 75 PizzaCosy locations, which was recently named Franchise of the Year for the second year in a row.
Through his group Le Grand Feu, he supports emerging brands across three pillars: distribution, product, and consulting.
Today, 15 years after opening his first restaurant, he aims to become the number one pizza player in France, both in B2B and B2C.
