Franck Fortier, an itinerant baker since his years with the Compagnons du Tour de France, shares his passion through l’Atelier m’alice, where he trains artisan bakers with a friendly yet demanding teaching approach. In 2021, he and his team won the Coupe de France de la Boulangerie, before claiming the title of World Bakery Champion in January 2024 at Sirha Europain in Paris. A true sourdough expert, he values technical exchanges and is dedicated to helping every baker grow in their craft.
