Nicolas Bécam has been shaping his craft from an early age. The son of a baker, he first distinguished himself in 1998 as Best Apprentice Baker of the Maine-et-Loire region. In 2005, he co-founded Maison Bécam with his wife Cécile. Today, the network includes more than 30 boutiques and continues to grow through innovation, with initiatives such as a centralized pastry workshop, an online store, and a franchise model. His signature creation, the Choc’o Roi cake — a true symbol of local indulgence — has become an emblem of the brand.
