Veda Viraswami is a renowned French roaster and Head Roaster at La Manufacture de Café Alain Ducasse in Paris. A two-time French Roasting Champion (2017 and 2018) and winner of the Best Roaster in France title in 2011, he is recognized for his technical expertise and passion for specialty coffee.
At the Manufacture, he oversees coffee selection and roasting, develops new creations, and trains baristas and coffee enthusiasts. In 2018, he placed third at the World Coffee Roasting Championship, highlighting his international recognition in the coffee field.
