Nordine Boujnane, a former ESSEC student, began his career in audit and consulting firms before joining the Elior Group in contract catering, where he served as Project Manager to the Chief Executive Officer and later as Operations Director of subsidiaries. He then held the positions of Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Eurofins Food Hygiene in France.
He co-founded Wing Flavors with Silman and Samba Traoré. Wing Flavors holds the master franchise of the Wingstop brand in France, where he serves as Chief Executive Officer.
