Born in Drancy to an Italian family, Julien Serri is a passionate “cuisïolo” — both chef and pizzaiolo. Trained under Maestro Luigi Smine, he is a fervent advocate for artisanal and locally sourced products. Vice-champion of France for pizza a due in 2018, he now serves as a judge and organizer of the French Classic Pizza Championship.
He also founded Magnà, an award-winning Neapolitan street food concept launched in 2019, as well as Baciato, a modern take on traditional Italian sandwiches.
Today, he shares his expertise with professionals and individuals through training and consulting, while preparing to reopen a restaurant that blends French gastronomy with Italian tradition.
