Abdul Latif Alrashoudi is a Saudi pastry chef and baker based in Paris, and the founder of LÂM, a bakery-café that blends French baking and pastry techniques with flavors inspired by the Middle East. A former orthopedic surgeon, he left medicine to pursue his passion for food, which led him to study at Le Cordon Bleu Paris before working in several Parisian establishments. Since opening LÂM in September 2023, he has emerged as a rising figure on the Parisian pastry scene, creating viennoiseries and pastries that combine Saudi influences with French savoir-faire.
