Christophe Girardet is a passionate artisan baker and pastry chef from Lyon, trained by renowned masters such as Gabriel Paillasson.
After several years running his own bakeries in Saint-Genis-les-Ollières and Rillieux-la-Pape, he founded Victor & Compagnie in 2012 with his wife, Nathalie.
Their ambition: to offer a modern, eco-responsible, and locally rooted artisanal bakery.
Early on, Christophe became actively involved in creating a fair and short supply chain, co-founding the association Les Robins des Champs to produce 100% local flour.
He champions an approach to baking centered on flavor, transparency, and human connection.
Today, Victor & Compagnie operates two shops in western Lyon with a loyal team. Christophe remains at the helm, guided by his passion for quality products and respect for the artisans and producers who share his values.
