With over 17 years of expertise in specialty coffee and beverages, Anthony Calvez has trained hundreds of professionals, developed innovative recipes, and contributed to the elevation of barista trends. A French Barista Champion (2008–2010) and Latte Art Champion (2015), he combines technical mastery with creativity.
Now at Oatly, he serves as Barista Manager France, where he supports specialty coffee professionals in integrating a plant-based offer designed by and for baristas, through signature drinks that reflect emerging trends. Together with his team, he builds a strong connection between the brand and the French coffee scene by supporting professionals and organizing dedicated events.
