Founder of DEPUR Expériences, Dan Cebula has been advising executives of groups and operators for over ten years on the strategy and performance of their foodservice and hospitality offerings. An entrepreneur for 25 years, he previously created and operated five restaurants under the brand Drôle d’Endroit Pour Une Rencontre (from which the acronym DEPUR originates), bringing a highly hands-on, field-driven perspective on business models and customer usage.
He has supported projects for Accor, Gecina, and Club Med, working on approaches ranging from standardization to the creation of entirely new concepts.
