Ezéchiel Zérah

Pomélo/Les Echos/le Monde

Fondateur et journaliste

Ezéchiel Zérah is a French food journalist from Marseille. Formerly the editor-in-chief of the gastronomy section at L’Express, he has written numerous profiles, investigations, and long-form culinary features for publications such as Les Échos Week-End, Le Point, Vanity Fair, and Le Parisien. He now heads the culinary media outlets Pomélo and Croque-Marseille. Passionate about the connections between food, culture, and place, he explores cities through their restaurants and artisans. In 2023, he published Marseille, un jour sans faim! (Hachette), a gourmet exploration of his hometown. The following year, he authored 99 Things to Taste in Paris, a guide to the city’s must-try flavors. His curious and approachable tone makes him one of the distinctive voices of the new generation of French culinary journalism.
