Estelle Lévy is the Director of Territorial Development at the Confédération Nationale de la Boulangerie et Pâtisserie Française (CNBPF).
Deeply convinced of the bright future of artisanal bakery, her mission is to provide tailored solutions to local federations, ensuring that French bakery continues to thrive across all regions.
After 15 years as a key account manager in the agri-food industry, Estelle earned her CAP diploma and opened her own bakery in Paris, which she ran for seven years. She then founded her own consulting and training firm specializing in sales, organization, and bakery management, supporting artisans in their growth for five years before joining the CNBPF.
Her goal: to promote and strengthen the presence of artisanal bakery throughout France by offering efficient and innovative development strategies.
