Nicolas Riché is a French executive and president of Wagram Food Service (formerly Wagram Finances), the holding company that oversees the Columbus Café & Co brand. He took over the leadership of Columbus Café in 2007–2008, at a time when the brand was struggling to define its business model. Under his direction, the network has grown to more than 250 locations in France and abroad. He refocused the company’s strategy on customer experience, multi-channel development (cafés, delivery, retail), and strong international expansion.
