Pierre Koch has been Executive Chef EMEA for the Bridor group since 2021, leading culinary innovation, collaborations with chefs, and the brand’s international influence. Originally from Alsace, he began his training through an apprenticeship before working in fine dining (including Le Clairefontaine in Luxembourg and Stéphane Derbord). He then gained several years of experience at Potel & Chabot and Dalloyau before joining Bridor. In his current role, he is committed to promoting artisanal know-how, product innovation, and international development while remaining true to the heritage of bakery and pastry.
