Chloé Fressinaud is the owner and successor of La Halle Aux Pains bakery in Toulouse. She also manages a second bakery location as well as a sandwich shop.
In 2021, she took over the family business founded by her parents in 2000, which was then facing financial difficulties. Through a renewed vision and modernized management approach, she successfully turned the company around and reignited its growth.
Four years later, the bakery’s turnover has doubled, profitability and customer traffic have significantly increased, and two new establishments have opened.
Building on this successful takeover and the trust passed on by her parents, she now aims to continue expanding her business.
