Sylvain Navarre began his career at Haribo, where he spent 15 years developing solid expertise in product marketing, R&D and then sales, in France and Europe.
He then creates his own company, specialized in trading in sweet groceries, which he develops for 8 years. In 2018, he joined the Ange Bakeries network to structure and manage purchasing and supply chain for a fleet of 100 to 200 bakeries.
After the Covid crisis, he takes over the management of the ANGE network and supports 150 franchisees for 4 years on their commercial performance and development.
Since September 1st, he has been managing the LOUISE bakeries with the ambition to accelerate the growth of a network of 120 points of sale. He notably leads the transition towards a franchise model within TERACT and the INVIVO group, a major European player in agriculture and retail.
