Victoria Effantin is a baker and co-founder of Mamiche, which she opened in 2017 with Cécile Khayat in Paris’s 9th arrondissement. A former communications manager at Orientis and previously involved with Marlette, she earned her bakery certification (CAP Boulangerie) to train directly in the field. Her background combines artisanal precision with a strong focus on customer service, deeply rooted in a commitment to homemade quality. She helped structure the bakery—from the open workshop to team organization, now counting fifteen people. Victoria champions conviviality, transparency, and innovation in a traditionally conservative industry. Her ambition: to modernize the neighborhood bakery while preserving the authenticity of the craft.
