After honing his skills in the Parisian workshops of Pierre Hermé and at the prestigious Hôtel George V, Jean-François Feuillette opened his first bakery in Blois in 2009. The success was immediate, and the adventure quickly expanded beyond the Loir-et-Cher region.
Designed as true family homes with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, Feuillette bakeries and pastry shops offer a generous, artisanal selection of sweet and savory treats for every moment of the day. By the end of 2025, the brand will have nearly 100 locations across France and is expected to reach a turnover of €250 million.
