Christophe Rochet is the manager of the bakery–pastry shop Pain & Brioche, located in Flacey-en-Bresse. A baker from the Jura region, he chose to take over the village’s former bakery to create a simple, committed shop featuring a glass window overlooking the production area. His philosophy is rooted in simplicity, sustainability, and the use of local ingredients. Known for his creativity, he offers specialties such as panettone, while keeping authenticity at the heart of the customer experience.
